A small Black H’mong village close to Sapa Town at the foot of Fansipan, far less visited than Cat Cat and ideal for a quiet walk.
Sin Chai lies in a green valley beyond Cat Cat, under the slopes of Fansipan. It sees far fewer visitors than the villages of Muong Hoa Valley, so daily life here feels unhurried: families working in terraced fields, children walking to school and smoke rising from wooden houses.
The village is a popular starting point for treks towards Fansipan and for walks through forest and bamboo groves.
